Working Principle
It is a kind of thermostat with bimetal as the temperature-sensitive component, when the appliance is working normally, the bimetal is in the free state, the contact is in the closed/disconnected state, when the temperature reaches the action temperature, the bimetal is heated by the internal stress and acts quickly to open/close the contact, cut off/connect the circuit, thus playing a role in bimetal thermostat. When the appliance cools down to the reset temperature, the contacts automatically close/open to restore normal operation. Several of these bimetal thermostats also have dual temperature protection, when the bimetal thermostat part of the failure to a certain temperature can not cut off the circuit, the temperature continues to rise to another set of temperature limit set temperature, start the secondary protection, cut off the circuit.

Installation:
Installation of normal moving rings, installation of small round moving rings, installation of flat moving rings, normal large aluminium caps with mounting holes, extended aluminium caps with mounting holes.
Attension:
(1) Grounding method: through the thermostat metal cover and equipment grounding metal parts connected.
(2)When contact temperature-sensitive installation is used, the metal cover surface should be made to be close to the installation surface of the controlled appliance. In order to ensure the temperature-sensitive effect, the temperature-sensitive surface should be coated with heat-conducting silicone grease or other heat-conducting medium with similar performance.
(3) The top of the cover surface should not be collapsed, loosened or deformed during installation so as not to affect the performance.
(4) The liquid must not be allowed to penetrate into the interior of the temperature controller, the shell must not be cracked, and the shape of the external terminals must not be changed at will.
(5)The product is used in the circuit of not more than 5A current, should choose the copper core cross-section of 0.5-1mm2 wire connection; not more than 10A current circuit, should choose the copper core cross-section of 0.75-1.5mm2 wire connection.

(6) The products should be stored in a ventilated, clean, dry and non-corrosive gas warehouse with relative humidity less than 90% and ambient temperature below 40ºC.
